By horse and wagon through the town of FjälsterWe meet in the courtyard and set off with our Belgian horse Isa on a tour through the town. On the tour, we will pass through an area rich in cultural heritage with remnants from as far back as the ice age. We will have refreshments when we arrive back at the farm. Horse and wagon on a summer nightWe meet in the evening in the courtyard and go together to get the horse. Everyone that wants to can help brush and harness up our Belgian horse Isa. We jump in the wagon and head off through the enchanting summer night. We might get to hear deer bark or loons (?) call out into the night. We will make a few stops by the lake where we will enjoy some refreshments. Afterwards we will turn and head for home in the darkness and enjoy the sound of hooves on the gravel road. Feel the pulse of history!Starting with the history of the farm, we move onward through the town and talk about the people that lived and worked there. Magical tour of the forestWe take a horse and wagon out into the woods near the Sågare River. Along the way, we will encounter either gnomes, the Lady of the Forest, or trolls. At the river, we stop and grill or eat griddle cakes and hear about local legends. A mystical and fun experience! A work day with horsesCome out to the country and discover how horses and drivers interact in forestry and agricultural work. See horsepower live in action and join us around an open fire for refreshments! | | Try horseback riding or wagoneering......with our large, sturdy Belgian horses. We also offer riding lessons for those who have ridden before. A day at EriksgårdenBring the kids and join us for a day at the farm with a variety of different chores. Feed the chickens, gather eggs and play with our dog and cat. We will brush the horse and go for a ride with the horse and wagon. Parties for kidsWelcome to Eriksgården for childrens parties! This is a fun and out of the ordinary way to celebrate the birthday of someone special. This includes a horse-drawn wagon ride and playing in the woods or hayloft. Grilled sausages and a treasure hunt can be arranged. Maximum 10 guests. Weddings and special occasionsThe most romantic mode of transportation on your wedding day, or for your special occasion is a horse-drawn carriage. Its easy to be swept off your feet by the stylish equipage. A summer wedding with a decorated carriage will be the crown jewel to your big day. Guided fishing tripsWe will take the horse and wagon to Lake Möckeln and go out on the pontoon boat. We will either use live bait or do some casting. We also offer cruises on the lake with refreshments. |
